"'Dallas' is the absolute BEST story in comics today."
—Peter Taylor, Pioneers: Blood and Stars
When 80% of the human race starts migrating to a single point on the globe, failing medical student Rudy Deckart sets out across the disintegrating US to rescue his girlfriend, become a doctor, confront a murderous militia using the migration to start a new world order, and find a cure for the migration impulse that will save, or maybe destroy, humanity.

"What if the end of the world came with a few whispered words and some weird kind of apathy instead of screams and violence? This series is nothing short of brilliant."
—Big Tim Stiles, Gorilla My Dreams

Hi I'm Colin Devonshire--husband, father, emergency doctor, writer and musician. As a board certified emergency physician for 20 years in Boston, I take care of everyone coming through the door. When I'm not in the ER I keep busy with creative projects. My comic book, By the Time I Get to Dallas, started as a writing project during a work sabbatical. Together witha team of talented artists, we've grown Dallas into a 300+ page series. I perform rock music in Boston bars with my band Twice-a-Day Ray. I document the midlife struggle in my blog at PitDocPress.com. Along the way I've been an environmental scientist and paleontology researcher; I've bred Siamese fighting fish, produced a medical school class show, thrown a craps party on my roof, and earned a blue belt in Krav Maga. I live with my wife Ethel, a psychiatrist, and our children Virginia and Ezra. Ethel is the psychiatrist, we don't have a separate psychiatrist living with us. That would be weird.
